We send a digital proof within 24 hours and offer unlimited free revisions. Nothing is printed or shipped until you're happy with the proof.

If a printed item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it.
Custom & digital items
As personalized products are made to order, they can't be returned for change of mind once approved and produced. Digital files are non-refundable once delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
